Introduction

These terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Team Margeride, with a share capital of €24,000, headquartered at Les Salles, 48600 Auroux, France, registered in the Mende Trade and Companies Register (48) under SIRET number 88034822200022, hereinafter referred to as “Team Margeride” and operating the website www.cosmetiquesdromazere.fr, and on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.cosmetiquesdromazere.fr, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”.

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions define the contractual relationship between Team Margeride and the Buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.cosmetiquesdromazere.fr. By purchasing a product through this site, the Buyer accepts these terms and conditions of sale without reservation, acknowledging that they have read them prior to placing the order. Before any transaction, the Buyer declares that purchases on the website are strictly personal and unrelated to their professional activity, and that they have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.

Team Margeride reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time to comply with new regulations or improve website usage. Therefore, the applicable terms will be those in force on the date of the Buyer’s order.

2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the website www.cosmetiquesdromazere.fr, subject to stock availability. Team Margeride reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented with a description of its main technical characteristics. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractual and do not bind Team Margeride.
The sale of products on the site is intended for buyers residing in countries that fully permit the entry of these products.

3. Pricing

Prices listed on the product pages are in Euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC), reflecting the VAT rate at the time of order. Any changes in VAT may affect product prices.
Team Margeride reserves the right to modify prices at any time without justification, provided that the price listed on the day of order is the one applicable to the Buyer.

Prices do not include any delivery charges, which may be added if delivery is deemed necessary by Team Margeride.

4. Payment & Orders

Before placing an order, the Buyer must create an account on the website www.cosmetiquesdromazere.fr.

To place an order or access their account (order status, profile, etc.), the Buyer must log in with their personal information.
Team Margeride allows payment in several steps via credit card (through Stripe):

The Buyer selects desired products in the cart and can modify quantities or references if needed.

Next, the Buyer chooses the payment method, reviews all information, accepts the terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, and validates the order.

The Buyer is then redirected to Stripe’s secure interface to enter card details. Once payment is accepted, the order is recorded, and the contract is finalized. Card payments are irrevocable. In case of fraud, the Buyer can request a cancellation; sums paid will be refunded. The cardholder’s liability is not engaged if the payment was fraudulently made remotely without card use. Refunds for fraudulent transactions are handled by the bank within one month of a written dispute.

Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms, acknowledgment of understanding them, and renunciation of the Buyer’s own purchase conditions. Provided data and confirmation serve as proof of the transaction. If the Buyer provided an email, confirmation will be sent electronically.

5. Retention of Title

Team Margeride retains full ownership of sold products until full payment, including principal, fees, and taxes.

6. Withdrawal

Upon receipt, the Buyer must verify the conformity of the package and products. Conformity means all ordered products are present, match the order, and are in apparent good condition. Any anomaly should be reported to the collection site or Team Margeride customer service.

a) Withdrawal Period

In accordance with legal provisions, consumers have 30 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal. Note: exchanges are not permitted; only withdrawal is allowed.

b) Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Fully performed services with prior consent, where the consumer loses withdrawal rights;
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed;
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other products.

c) How to Withdraw

Buyers can withdraw by:

• Printing, completing, and sending a withdrawal form;
• Writing a letter expressing intent to withdraw;
• Contacting customer service at 07 81 73 30 91.

The withdrawal document must include at minimum the Buyer’s name and order number. Products must be returned at the Buyer’s expense in original packaging with invoice/proof of purchase. Opened, incomplete, damaged, or dirty items will be returned to the Buyer.

d) Return Conditions

Consumers must return goods within 14 days after communicating their withdrawal decision, unless the company offers pickup. For items under 30 kg, the Buyer may use postal services. For heavier or bulky products, contact customer service to arrange pickup. Delivery costs for returns are borne by the Buyer. Refunds for original shipping are proportional to returned items.

e) Refund Method

Team Margeride will refund amounts within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, subject to receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Promotional benefits are refunded at actual paid price.

7. Order Processing

a) Information Provided
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of order information.

b) Order Tracking
The Buyer can track order status on www.cosmetiquesdromazere.fr or request detailed order information from customer service for orders over €120.

8. Warranties

All products are covered by the legal warranty under articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Non-conforming products can be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 30 days of delivery.

9. Liability

Team Margeride is only obliged to use reasonable efforts in online sales. It is not responsible for Internet-related issues such as data loss, intrusions, viruses, service interruptions, or other involuntary problems.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms of online sale are governed by French law. For any disputes, the competent court is the Tribunal of Mende (48).
